“My fiance and I have been separated by an ocean for a majority of our relationship, but he still made sure to send me flowers for birthdays and anniversaries, and he always did it through Lilylu. I've loved every arrangement I received, so once it was time for us to get married, deciding where to get our flowers was a no-brainer.

I called less than two weeks before our courthouse appointment only knowing that I wanted a small white and pink bouquet and a matching pocket square boutonniere. She asked a series of questions to get a better idea of what I wanted, gave me a brief description of what the design could include, and at the end asked if there was anything else I'd like to see. I mentioned that my dress had plum blossom motifs. Plum blossoms are neither in season nor are they really ever in bouquets, but I said I'd love if something similar could be included.

The entire call was quick and easy (which is a huge plus as a millennial who hates phone calls), the woman I spoke to was very sweet and patient with all my questions and requests, and the price was criminally affordable.

Once I received the bouquet I was absolutely in love and so happy I trusted them with the design because it was everything I could have hoped for! Obviously she couldn't get plum blossoms, but the flower chosen as substitute (which I can't remember the name of, but she did tell me before delivery) were perfect. My only regret is that we didn't end up getting married that day, but once we get around to rescheduling I'm definitely going back to Lilylu!“

“Mimi's is a great place to get flowers. The staff is very nice and very creative with their arrangements. I really like this place because this is the only place that has Purple flowers and they are always fresh and beautiful. I a dozen purple flowers for my wife's bday and they stayed fresh for like 2wks. I really love this place. Recommend they sell balloons for special occasions.“

Thankfully, Christian came across him along his flower delivery route. He kept my dog safe and reunited me with him. Christian is very kind. “This grocery store has a hometown feel but they have a great supply of items. We came in for ice cream and they had a protein ice cream brand we haven't seen before so we snagged them. Parking is free if you're a Vons customer otherwise it's $15 for 2 hours. Bathrooms are clean. They have an EV charging area in the parking lot too.“

“Just had two amazing examples of customer service in this trip to Albertsons. First a gentleman name Gerardo, who was stocking produce, took the time to go into the back to find an item that wasn't out on shelves, found it at the bottom of a stack of pallets and took the time to retrieve some of these items for me. On the same trip, I left my cell phone in my shopping cart in the cart return area of the parking lot when I came back looking for it a half hour later one of the cart attendants found it and turned it in to the manager appreciate both of these employees For their hard work and integrity.“

“First of all, I would like to give a big shout out to the manager, JAMES.. He has gone above and beyond customer service. I ordered a cake and I went to pick it up 30 minutes before my birthday party (pick up time on my order) and the cake was made wrong.. I did not have time to come back and pick up another cake. James made sure my cake was made RIGHT according to my order and he delivered it to my house which I really appreciate it since I did not have any time to go back to pick up my cake. My cake was delicious and everybody loved it. James is the nicest manager I have ever spoken to in all of customer service. He let me speak without interrupting me. He understood the problem and he had a solution ..I appreciate him and his customer service!“
