Carmen's salon is IB's best kept secret! I used to travel hours, fight the city, and pay a fortune for cut, colour, and style. What a delight to find Carmen--better than the rest--right here in IB! She's an artist in the industry (20+ years) who truly understands all types of hair; she's a genius with colour and style, and is current with hair trends and products.I came to Carmen with long-term goals: blonde now while growing out my fragile hair--which seldom grew and mostly broke.Two years later, my hair is healthy, long, blonde, and growing!
