Been coming here for years ,Carlos started off @ universal barber shop on Gage Avenue then eventually open up here, good mellow out barber shop ,nothing fancy, great atmosphere, hair cuts under 15 $ , parking @ rear of building or parking in front but you pay Meters ?

I am a loyal customer of Carlos. Been coming here since they move to this location many years ago. Carlos is one of the best barbers in HP if not the best. The music is always great and very relaxing, some times I don't even want to go home
