I asked for the left picture and came out like that I had red hair before so I knew it wasn’t gonna come out exactly like the picture,she said it would be more of a chocolate brown which I was ok abt I believe it since I’ve have gone from the same red to a cooper brown similar to my inspo pic I was super excited to have my hair for graduation, paid 120 to be disappointed :( the pic w the blue shirt is the cooper brown I did myself I think it looks more similar to the inspo pic I showed her,now I gotta spend more money to fix it. it did not look lighter in the sun or light like she said it would I left crying and with ruined hair.ay les dejo los mensajes pa que miren...read full review

I booked an appointment here and they were an hour late, I sent multiple pictures of what cut and color I was going for and she went way darker than what I wanted. They cut was so uneven. She left the dye in my hair for way too long. I had to do treatments to grow my hair due to the chemicals she used that ruined my hair. Don’t come here! ALSO, my daughter came in for lash extensions and her eyes were bloodshot red and she poked her with the tweezers multiple times.

The WORST service I have ever received, I went to this salon thinking it was going to be good but I came out with my hair uneven and the lady tried to gaslight me saying its MY fault that I moved but I didn’t ! I would’ve done wayyy better if I did myself 😐. Save your hair and money.
