Just took my son to this doctor and it was great, they were super friendly with us, they helped me with everything I needed and was welll taken care of. I highly recommend that you come here.
Update: 8/13/24 Olga from Exer reached out about the Co-pay discrepancy and resolved it expeditiously and generated the receipt as well. I appreciate your responding to me so fast and professionally. Thank you very much!
The doctor was great and attentive, listened, and asked questions. The nursing staff was efficient. However, the front office girl seems to have pocketed my $10 co-pay because here it is 13 days later and I'm getting a bill from Exer for the $10 co-pay I paid in cash! And of course she didn't email the receipt like she said she would. I'll be carefully paying with a card from now on.
Very understanding and cares about her patients. Takes her time in getting to know them. Love the check in process better than filling out paperwork. Facility is clean and staff is very nice.
