“I contacted AAA Glass & Mirror after getting two other bids for a large mirror replacement in our master bathroom. The two other bids I received seemed ridiculously high. My initial contact was with the AAA owner, Dana Poulin. Dana gave me an over the phone estimate that was much more reasonable than the others we received. We chatted for a bit and he told me a little bit of history about AAA glass, stating he's been doing this for 30+ years. He then agreed to an on-sight estimate to accurately measure for a better quote. I forgot to tell him in the initial quote that the glass was beveled which upped the quote, but it was still very reasonably priced. We agreed to move forward and I received a call from a nice lady at AAA Glass who scheduled an appointment for the installation. Dana and his partner arrived on time, removed my old cracked mirror and installed the new one. They were organized through the whole process and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done.
