I had a Quiet Cool fan installed by Kevin and his son Tyler back in November of 2022. I ran it over the summer of 2023 and noticed that the air was only being drawn into one of the two vents of my WHF-4.0-DG2 Installation. From looking at the venting space within the ceiling I could tell that the second vent port was not getting throughput due to air being sucked through the attic crawl space instead of through the house. At the time of initial installation, Kevin and his son had told me that they had stuffed installation into the attic space such that only minor residual flow would go across the attic and not to worry about it; however, when I looked towards the close of the summer, I saw large gaps of unstuffed flow area. It seemed to me they had run out of insulation and just didn't want to have to purchase anymore to snug up the system. When I called them to repair the job they did I experienced significant trouble trying to schedule with them and on more than one occasion in which Kevin said he would show up he did not. Finally his son Tyler arrived towards the end of the day one day and proceeded to stuff the vent with a woefully inadequate amount of insulation. When the fan was turned on for system testing purposes, a strip of insulation got sucked up into the fan, effectively stalling the fan. They told me that they would handle the RMA process for getting a new motor from Quiet Cool, but after a week of waiting Quiet Cool confirmed that no RMA was filed. In the end, I decided I did not wish to work with Kevin or his son anymore, partially because of the flow issues and damaged fan motor experiences, but mostly because when they installed the fan through my roof, they installed it across a joist and, in doing so, they compromised several boards underneath the roof surface such that if I walked in that area I would have fallen through the roof! The fact that they had left these compromised boards underneath my roof, in an unsupported condition, for almost a year really made me lose confidence in their professionalism. I do not recommend these guys for any type of installation on a home or business.

I had West Coast Fans install my quiet cool system and an attic fan. Initially the install was smooth and they said they guarantee their work. Oh boy was I lied to. The force of the attic fan caused my roof turbine to bang loudly and my upstairs lights flickered when the quiet cool system is running. I called to have them fix it. First time they didn't answer and eventually called back saying they were on Vacation and would call me when they get back. Ok fine, no issue. But they never called back so I called again. And they said they couldn't schedule me in yet because of a staff issue and would call me back. They never did...I called again and finally got an appointment to get my items fixed and they were a no show!! And they no longer answer or return my calls!

Had them install a Quiet Cool stealth whole house fan and I love it. Jerry came out and installed it and he was awesome. Friendly, skilled, and took the time to explain and address all our questions.I had initially scheduled the installation of this fan with another company who canceled on me twice so I called west coast fans and I'm glad I did!!
