“Excellent response time. There was no service fee to show up. Oscar the technician for HVAC was very professional, he educated me on the reason for my furnace/thermometer outage. He arrived promptly, had excellent communication skills. I plan to continue to use Stephens Plumbing for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. I also learned my HVAC was likely under warranty for parts but luckily it only required Oscar to reset several switches and to recommend a filter change. I also found out my filter that was in the unit was undersized by 1 inch. He wrote the correct dimension down.“

“Our main waterline broke. We called our regular guy and he was busy on a remodel. We looked on yelp and found out Chris was just down the street from us. (We support local) He said he could be here in an hour. He looked at the problem and started the next day. After some digging we realized the line ran under the courtyard concrete. Chris said it would be easier to run a new line from the main shutoff valve through the garage. And he even put a new hose bib in the front of the garage to wash our cars!! Bonus!!
