12 Hours Massage is a family-owned business that has been operating since 2015, offering semi-custom massages at a consistent price for services such as deep tissue and foot massages. They provide a CBD salve for an additional cost to assist with chronic pain areas and offer a VIP membership with savings and free hot stone. However, some customers have noted changes in the quality of service post-pandemic, with massages being performed over a sheet for more than half the time and a decrease in foot rubbing. Additionally, the business now opens an hour later, which has affected some customers' ability to schedule massages before their day starts. Despite these changes, some customers still find the massages to be helpful for sore and stiff muscles, but the tipping expectations and quality of service have led to a decrease in tip amounts and consideration of finding a new massage provider.
Massage was ok. More of like a rough rub and grab session but it wasn’t terrible lol. I usually tip on how the massage was. I got to the front and I guess the tip wasn’t enough because she basically asked for more 😂🤣. I won’t be back.
I came here because because my usual massage facility did not have any appointments available. This was my first visit to 12 Hours Massage and I am SO GLAD I came here! 12 Hours Massage is so close to my home that I could walk here. It is so CONVENIENTLY close and is located next to the 24 Hour Fitness. It was easy to book an appointment online! There was an option to select "Therapist A" or "Therapist B," and since it didn't specify the difference, I just selected Therapist A. The waiting area feels clean and open. This business prefers cash and you are expected to pay prior to your service. This didn't bother me at all, but some people might be annoyed if you're not expecting it. I was shown to my therapy room promptly. I scheduled a 90-minute massage for myself. It was $90 and was worth every.single.penny! My massage started right on time and it was fabulous! I have fibromyalgia and I hurt all over all the time! I also have a bad shoulder. This massage alleviated so much of my pain (albeit, temporarily) but it felt like heaven to not feel pain! My therapist's name was Mae and she did an outstanding job! My only complaint is that my 90 minutes went by way too fast! I will definitely be back!
This place I've been twice. I'm not sure when exactly things changed, but this place makes you pay before the service, and if you don't tip them what they want or they think they deserve, they point to a piece of paper on the wall for suggested tips. I probably will go again but now I know their expectations
