Titan Leard and his team performed exceptionally when they reframed our attached home. I am the owner of and have been directly involved in the major remodel and addition on our home. It is a 56-year-old, attached townhome that never got as much attention as it needed from prior owners. There was a significant amount of dry rot and termite damage throughout the wooden framing, siding, cathedral ceiling, and trim. And, as part of one of the first housing projects in Irvine, now a thriving city, it was built on a low budget.

Titan and his team are the bomb. Having never been in a construction zone, I did not have any idea how it would go, but this business comes to play everyday. I was impressed by their work ethic, attention to detail, and efficiency. They framed our new room in a very timely fashion and were available to me when I had questions. This group represents the gold standard for how a business should run. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. Thank you Titan for your help in bringing our room to excellent fruition.

Great framing contractor, you will not be disappointed. This is my second time with Titan. His team is on the ball and expert in their work. Titan is thoughtful and always made important suggestions to improve my project. His team is a great asset to have. USE TITAN!
