I've been going to the Perfect Workout for over 3 years now. As an active 77 year old woman that doesn't like to exercise, I have them to thank for keeping me strong. I play a lot of golf so I can visually see how much this is helping me in how far the balls travel.It always feels safe and only spending 20 minutes twice a week is terrific.

I thoroughly enjoy my time at The Perfect Workout and my instructor, Tiffany.I am 87 years old and started going to build my strength up. When Covid-19 hit and I missed a few months, I could definitely tell the difference.I was delighted when you opened up again. Keep up the good work! ?
