TL;DR do not go here. Front desk person literally wasted an hour of my time. Came in for a dog bite on my hand and asked how to check in for walk-ins. The front desk receptionist was very rude and dismissive. Didn't care about my symptoms and told me to fill out the QR code and wait for my turn. He was rude to every customer that came in after me, too, not even asking if their condition is urgent. I waited about 45 minutes, and then he gave me more paperwork to fill out. Paperwork that I could've done at the beginning. Again, very rude when handing it to me. I overheard him on the phone with the doctor, going over all the patients left for the day, since they are about an hour before closing. I think they were trying to push people out to go home early. It's been over an hour of me waiting at this point and I have good insurance and have been to urgent care before, where I only have to copay. He waits until now to tell me that my insurance would not be used since I did not meet a certain threshhold, so it must be paid out of pocket. He waited over an hour to tell me that it'll be $175 plus any other associated costs. He then asked if I wanted to see a printout to validate what he's saying. He printed a paper out and showed me, however, the font was small, so i still cant see anything and he seemed annoyed that I was asking. He also would not let me keep the paper or take a picture. That's so shady.. so I left.

Dr. Hoa quickly assessed my situation, knew exactly how to treat it, and within an hour of treatment, I felt significantly better. It's been a few days now, and I'm still feeling fantastic -- I even just got back from the gym! To top it off, the staff followed up to check on my recovery. I can't recommend Xpress Urgent Care enough. I'll definitely be telling all my friends!"

I went here a couple of years ago and I thought it was a good place. Today was a horrific experience I was driving on the side of the road and my vision was going in and out. Scariest moment of my life my vision was leaving me. I pulled in and walked in and asked them to help me by either checking my blood pressure or sugar levels. They wouldn't do it. They said you should drive to the ER! I can't see how am I supposed to drive myself to the ER. Did not offer to check my vitals, did not offer to help me in any way Just told me to leave and go to a local ER. Even after I told her three times that I could not see into my vision was completely blurry. This place needs to be shut down after what they did to me today. Thank God there is an eyeglass place next door with a caring doctor who works inside He helped me and realized that I might be having a transient ischemic attack or an attack of an autoimmune disease. Either way he was able to rule out certain things. This place is a joke stay away if you know what's good for you!!!
