We had a fantastic experience with Shorebreak Construction. That is not my usual experience with contractors. I had expected the usual delays and excuses that I had gotten from every other contractor I have ever used in multiple renovations. Chris and his team showed up when he said they would.They had the right tools and materials. They worked so efficiently that the job was done much quicker that I had expected. Chris is such a great manager that things just ran smoothly. I could not be happier and everything looks great. Chris from Shorebreak Construction came to check our house that has problems of leaking balconies, and outdated kitchen cabinets, et al. He is very responsive, professional and honest. He gives us recommendations and referrals to other companies that specialize in those areas. We feel that he is very trustworthy and will definitely contact him if we have other home improvement needs.
We recently purchased our home and Shorebreak Construction was recommended to us by one of our new neighbors who was very satisfied with their remodel. When I called Shorebreak for our bathroom remodel, Chris came out within a few days for an estimate. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, and he immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that his company was the one we needed to work with. We received other estimates, but we did not feel the same level of confidence with the other companies.
