Went for our first time. Wonderful place everyone there was so happy and nice very welcoming. I brought my little dog in for a grooming and Emma did a fabulous job. And my little Lucy was very happy and relaxed when I got there. We will definitely be going back monthly and I highly recommend this place
Thank YOU so much Salty Paws and our groomer Chelsea for giving our new rescue puppy "Teddy" an amazing experience. As a rescue Maltipoo, he was filled with anxiety and uncertainty ( left in a cardboard box on a busy intersection and weighing only 2 lbs.). Salty Paws instantly understood our needs and were able to accommodate us with very caring and patient service. What is truly miraculous is how comfortable Teddy was going through his grooming experience with Salty Paws. He was happy and relaxed when I picked him up and brought him home. (We had attempted another groomer the week before and it was a disaster as they did not care for him or care about him). Salty Paws literally "rescued our rescue" and made his experience the best it could possibly be. Our dear friend takes her Maltese to Salty Paws and gave them a glowing recommendation. We are thrilled to do the same! Thank you much Salty Paws and we will see you again soon!
This place has such a great vibe! The dogs look at ease, relaxed, and happy to be getting pampered! The facility is clean and well-maintained. It is quite clear that customer service is a priority at Salty Paws, both for the two and four-legged clients. Mallory was extremely friendly and welcoming when we came in with our two human kiddos to check the place out. Our Dobe is a little too old to need grooming these days, but when we have a need or a place to refer our dog walking/training clients, we will absolutely recommend Salty Paws!
