This is in response to a one star review of Kara M
I have been sleeping in my car after a violent and traumatic divorce. I volunteered at a pet rescue nearby and bonded with a young boy, during this woman’s scheduled appointment, I was visiting with Tovi. He is a very special boy near hoag that was traumatized by his previous family. He is 1.7 years old and communicates nonverbally.

I was frantically looking for a last minute blowout for a wedding I needed to attend in an hour at a neighboring resort. Thank GOD for Kim in Suite 811 - she actually came back to the salon from her home to help me! She and her partner Brian keep a lovely space and have great energy. They made me feel so comfortable and accommodated, giving me a table and a huge handheld mirror so I could do my makeup as Kim gave me a bang trim and a fantastic blowout within my insane time frame. They were both really lovely and I really cannot recommend these angels more.

I really enjoyed this place! It was super chill and Mykal did a fantastic job on my highlights! The overall vibe of the place was super low-key and the people working there are super friendly. Overall a great experience for me and most definitely plan on coming back!
