LG Refrigerator stopped working so I called Sobir who had fixed my dryer a few years ago. It was Sunday evening. He answered and asked me a few questions and based on my issue, he recommended I buy a new one. He said he could certainly fix it, but my model has bad condensers and likelihood it would go again. Super helpful, and an honest guy. He is the guy I call when i need an appliance repair.
Hi Everyone, what a peace of mind it is to call a company and they are polite , professional, and make you feel important . The Tech Sobir was very friendly , respectful, and diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a quick assessment for work and costs . We were extremely pleased to have them fix our refrigerator and save us hundreds of dollars . I highly recommend Sobir , he is someone who you can trust , cares about the client , and gets the job done
Needed a repair on a french door refrigerator and built-in micro/ oven combo. After troubleshooting the refrigerator to ensure it wasn't something simple, he removed a stubborn door hinge and replaced it with the new part. Door works better than new now. On the micro /wall oven combo, he evaluated the potential microwave door hinge replacement cost and gave great ethical advice on the cost of repair versus replacement. I had him out again to provide a more thorough assessment and he provided a simple repair that he appropriately caveated as temporary (could last a day or months or even years).
