“We have been using Seashore for annual inspections for years now, and so when they told me it was time to tent, I believed and trusted them (every 8-12 years if you live in SoCal and for us it was 14).
Brian and Molly are both terrific to work with, and I'm happy to say the work is completed and we have checked this important item off our list.
One warning if you are going to tent...if you had a pre-existing ant problem then you can expect it to get worse after fumigation. The reason for that is the ants are underground and survive the fumigation, but then come up to feast on the dead termites. I see this as "nature's cleanup crew", so am going to let them do their thing for awhile, but the best news is that Seashore was willing to work with us on this minor problem that is proof enough for me that they are a standup organization.
