I have to tell you that the idea of roasting in a sauna is not the first thing I would want to do… But as of late, I’ve been on a detox and weight loss push in my life, and I had to stop in and find out what this was all about. I have to give props to this company. Their employees are incredibly thoughtful well, educated and very very well-versed in teaching people about their product. This is not an ordinary sauna experience. It is well crafted, and I cannot believe what an incredible value this is. Your initial consultation cops on the $20 then afterwards you are going to need to have a conversation about whether or not you would like to purchase a package which comes in three options the most affordable which is $99 for four more sessions a real deal at eight sessions for $159 and then $199 for unlimited . What exactly are you getting? Well that’s a good question. When you go into your private room, you will want to bring a water bottle and know that there are stations to refill your water bottles at the next thing is you’ll be given a tour kind of brief introductory video, which takes all of five minutes to understand the controls for your private room, and the cool part is being able to adjust the mood lighting , while you go to your infrared, sauna experience, I was not able to make it the full 45 minutes lol I had to get up and take a break every 15 or 20 minutes but the cleansing experience was unlike any I never had before. Even if you don’t want to do it more than once I highly recommend doing it at least once because it only cost $20. As for me? I think I might be going back because you can burn up to 200 to 400 cal per session.
