The staff, including Tom and Christine, are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, making patients feel at ease. They work with patients to achieve a pain-free lifestyle, whether it's recovering from surgery, managing daily headaches and neck tension, or getting back on the field after an injury. Patients appreciate the clear explanations of treatment plans and the great results they achieve. The team is supportive and encouraging, helping patients regain mobility and strength after injuries or surgeries. Wellness programs are also available to help patients maintain healthy habits after therapy. The staff shows genuine care, and the clinic fosters good relationships with other offices to ensure the best care for patients.
Worked with Tom post surgery to regain mobility and strengthen in my bicep. The overall experience was great. Tom was supportive and continuously encouraged exercises and stretches that would further my recovery. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive, and most importantly, I am back doing the activities I enjoyed before the injury.
***UPDATE 10/23/24*** Since I have made this review, I have received calls from New Life. I received a sincere apology from Brandon for the service provided and would be mindful in the future. Their director, Thomas, also called and visited our office to offer his apologies as well and would do his best to avoid similar situations in the future. I saw Tom for a shoulder injury that I sustained when I started exercising again. He was super helpful. He explained what my injury was, gave me stretching and strengthening exercises to rehab the injury, and I'm totally fine now. He's really knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, too. I recommend him very highly!
