Called they said they would be there in an hour for my plumbing issue. They never came or called back. I called several times after the hour , two, three. When you call the message says to leave your contacts and someone will call in ten minutes and they never call back.
I had been notified by my water company that I had a leak of some sort as my water meter was running when no water was being used. I panicked and contacted Murphy and Son’s Pluming. They responded immediately and came out the next morning. They advertise free leak detection and that is exactly what they did. They found the problem which was a faulty valve on my outside water feature. They showed me what to do until it could be fixed. I was so relieved and I wanted to pay them for coming out. We called this company about a year ago. They came to our house and found and repaired a leak as well as installed additional pex. So, when I had a leak about a week ago I called them again. They came out and said they would come back with a meter to read the moisture in my drywall and repair the bathroom sink that was the cause of the damage. I have not heard from them since. They did not come back nor even give a reason as to why. I ended up finding a nice young man name Jonathan G. on task rabbit who came out and fix what was needed and then some.
