Update, Lance is still the best. Can't believe he doesn't have more reviews up here. Just did a 1200 sqft 3 bed house for $135.00. Phenomenal value! Called him at the last minute today as my dog had an accident and he was at my place within an hour! Older carpets look like brand new again and he uses eco friendly detergent that smells good!
Top notch, highly recommend. With so many choices, i did not know where to go. I ended up calling a carpet wholesale cleaning supply company and they recommended lance. He came and took a look at my water damaged carpet and padding, replaced, fixed, and cleaned and dried everything at such a reasonable rate, i could not believe how lucky i was! He ended up cleaning 3 rooms. Lance is a very honest person who does a great job at a very resonable price.
