I usually show her inspo images of what I want and she clearly communicates to me to come in with clean hair and face.
I wanted a “Tangled” movie look for my daughter’s first birthday once and it was phenomenal! The way she did my hair looked so healthy and full that people thought my hair was extensions.
In the event, she ever needed to cancel, PD would communicate with you in every means possible along with a contact list of talented people who would be able to assist.

“I found Cotton Blow Dry Bar from a quick Google search. I needed my hair done for a Saturday wedding and was able to book a blow out the night before. I was a little concerned with the negative reviews, but I realized most of them are from 4+ years ago. I had an incredible experience.
