It was my first time dry cleaning clothes. The process was smooth, and they were easy to talk to. Highly recommend. Additionally, as a customer, you have the option to pick up your items from your car, which is convenient if you prefer not to enter the establishment.

Amazing service! I love that all communication is done via Text. The moment I dropped off my clothes, I got a Text with receipt of my drop off and estimated date/time when they would be ready for pickup. When they were ready, I got a Text. Whenever I was ready to pick them up, I just simply replied “ON MY WAY”. The moment I got there 15 minutes later after my Text, my clothes were ready for me. Never had to wait at all! An added bonus (and a patriotic one) is that all active US military uniforms are complimentary. Thank you Kona Cleaners!
