I had a great experience with KLC roofing. We had a complicated roof leak and our previous roofer dropped the ball and messed up the repair. So I called a few other roofers to come and bid on the project. Kenny Jr came out and quickly detected the issue and gave me a detailed project plan. I decided to go with KLC mostly because I found Kenny to be very reliable and knowledgeable. We got a notice of non-renewal from our homeowner's insurance due to some staining on the flat part of our roof. Kenny Jr. inspected the roof and found some cracking and evidence of water pooling. He said the roof did not need to be replaced and recommended a repair and silicone coating. It was all done quickly and they provided photos of the work along with a letter explaining the work they did. I provided all of this to the insurance company and they renewed our insurance! Whew! I highly recommend KLC Construction. They did not try to upsell me and their fee was very reasonable.
