I'm giving this service a one star because Felipe was great at finishing up the job. To begin with Ken had sent us a handyman that was only "helping out" he clearly had no idea what he was doing until the other guy showed up(Felipe). Ken kept calling and calling which is good to try to communicate but you can tell he just wanted us to be on the same page which is good on his service part but my dad started getting upset at the fact that he felt like the guys were taking his time. I also want to state that me and my parents never agreed to having two guys come and help out the job which it was a total of $130/hour that ken started charging us plus a $45 service charge. Second he gave my dad a settling price of $1300 because my dad argued about getting charge $2000 to trouble shoot a leak from upstairs ceiling. That included with the pricing of the two handyman's who one of them didn't really know much in how to fix. Third ken wanted to charge an additional $100 to add concrete and patch work to the work. We were so confused. The work seemed so simple if I'm being honest but non of us knew how to do and I wish we would of known better. My dads retired & my moms on disability and the price for the service he gave us is ridiculous. Clearly he chose the wrong handyman business cause this place is a rip off. Ken do better for your service and make sure you finish the job for your other clients. I am 100% the "great reviews" you see down there are paid to write false statements.
