“Excellent response time. There was no service fee to show up. Oscar the technician for HVAC was very professional, he educated me on the reason for my furnace/thermometer outage. He arrived promptly, had excellent communication skills. I plan to continue to use Stephens Plumbing for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. I also learned my HVAC was likely under warranty for parts but luckily it only required Oscar to reset several switches and to recommend a filter change. I also found out my filter that was in the unit was undersized by 1 inch. He wrote the correct dimension down.“

Regardless, Gary took a look at it, diagnosed the issue, and found a solution that would ensure it would continue to run for a little while longer. His attention-to-detail was very apparent. On his way out, after the service call was completed, he notice a flue vent on my roof.
