I had been misdiagnosed to a big name hospital in Orange County, I was in a large amount of pain. I went to this urgent care and was promptly taken care of and was sent out for an ultrasound of my gallbladder. Thank you doctor for diagnosing me correctly and calling me to recommend a visit to the hospital to advocate for myself.

Sherri Smith helped me out the first time I had a problem that’s why I’m giving them 3 stars but two other times I went about a rash and excessive itching plus swelling on my ankles, she dismissed me pretty carelessly. I have been having problems and I really felt like she just did not care at all to help me out. :( so for those two times 0 starts one for each time. I’ve moved away since. I hope she cares about her patients, I hate when people get desensitized after working in the medical field for any amount of time, it’s wrong.
