A great place to bring your dog or dogs to frolic and have some fun in the water. Lots of other dogs running and playing on the surf. You can walk your dog or dogs up and down the Pacific Coast Highway. Lots of parking and restrooms situated at least 1/4 in between. There’s a lot of trash bins and poop bags in case your dog do their usual number ones! We saw a lot of seagulls and to my surprise squirrels!
This is a great beach for taking your dog. There is long stretch of the beach in which dogs are allowed. Parking might be a bit hard to find when the conditions are good for surfing.Dog-friendliness: The are parts of the beach where dogs are allowed in the sand.
My dogs LOVE this beach. I’m not sure where it begins and ends but you can walk for a very long time. There are public restrooms and you actually get the restroom to yourself which is nice, but it’s typical public bathroom. Maybe wear shoes and bring antiseptic/toilet paper. It’s not a nice restroom but they have one. Parking is surprisingly easy!! The sunsets here are just gorgeous. Playing fetch with the dogs is great because the waves get pretty deep pretty quick, and they will have to swim. Lots of furry friends to play with. People are incredibly friendly and helpful.
