The Absolute Worst Dealer Experience in 50 years .
Their are so many negatives to mention.
But I'll give you the basic idea , if you've ever been to a used car dealer in a bad part of town and you've had that shady used car dealership experience , that would beat this place all around this place lacks all Morals and Integrity or Honesty. Thieves and Liars is what's on the menu here .
So let me start off by saying I have purchased two care with this dealership the first time was a breeze was able to do everything via phone because I live 2 hours away when I showed up all I had to do was sign and drive off. The second go around was not the same experience. This time around I was told i had to do everything in person. I had already received my pre approval from my bank and informed the Sales Rep that he stated he would have everything ready so when i came i didn't have to be there for long as i already knew what car i wanted. I got there waited for hours for them to have not done anything and try to instead get me to finance with one of there banks... read full review
They scam you. FYI I did buy a car from them because I was in desperate need and thought I wouldn't get scammed this blatantly. But after going through that and reading on my own afterward, I realized I had gotten ripped off. Horrible experience. I'm a first-time buyer and came by myself as a single woman so I assume I was the perfect person to deceive and take advantage of. I will recover from this hopefully but they have no shame and should not get more business.
