For the most part it's good. I have had on occasion a cranky PA , who should have treated me differently, but overall good care. Dr Fan is excellent! The office staff is mostly kind and knowledgeable
Great service, great staff, and their online appointment service is the best thing ever. For all urgent care needs you can schedule your appointment online and then it will show you where you are on the waitlist.
Caring, compassionate and friendly medical and non medical staff. It was easy to make an urgent care appointment online, I did not wait very long before I saw the medical staff. My concerns were addressed, a plan of treatment was discussed and I left feeling I received the best medical care I could have received without going to an emergency room.
