Everything was good until they decided to not pick up phone calls after my sister got her nails done. If the nail technician think their time worth more than the money she got paid please just let us know. Service was $45 and specifically to a kid, they think $5 mean 10% is enough for tip. My mom called in afterwards for appointments and even the owner straight ignored same as nail technician. Im sure my mom she never tip little because she respect the work thats why not just her keep coming back, its my sister too. Love Ann and her team. I always get a set put on and the staff is well trained and can do almost any design and if the one working on your nails can most likely someone can there. Sometimes there is a wait and sometimes you do need to call and make reservation but that's because the team takes their time to make sure you get the experience your paying for. Try to bring cash it just makes it easier there and it's easier to leave a tip, most likely if you get mani and pedi two people work on your nails. Just wanted to give this team recognition.

I've been going to Europa for years now and I've seen how they've changed for the better. I had my nails done by Mia this time and I absolutely love them. Anytime I've gotten a fun pattern they've always set me up with one of the girls that really takes their time to do it.
