This review is nothing against Dr. Hardy or Dr. Kataoka. I so enjoyed being under both of their care for the past 10+ years, however the front office staff are outwardly rude and unkind and unfortunately, after several comments and remarks during every one of my visits, I have decided to leave the practice and find a new doctor. I really hope the doctors can get this under control as I've heard very similar things from other patients of theirs and seen other reviews about the same issue.
