Great service! I just walked in, no appointment, and they were able to fix my issue (monitor connectivity) in less than 10 minutes while I waited. They even showed me how to make sure the issue did not happen again and how to fix it myself if it did. Excellent and knowledgeable.

I don't write many reviews, but the HB Computers team did such a phenomenal job I have to write one. I am an executive at a global retail products manufacturer. I travel quite a bit, so my laptop is really my office - all kinds of programs and documents. Just before a significant trip, I was locked out of my computer. It had been so long since I connected to my company's server via VPN in the home office, that the server removed my laptop from the active computer list - essentially my computer no longer existed to the company. Kathy, Billy and Rudy at HB Computers were able to get access to the memory and download documents to an external hard drive... read full review
