Very well run organization. The folks here met and exceeded my expectations. From the initial design to the rollout and final edits and fixes, they do a great job. Easy to work with and very competitively priced. I would use them again on future projects and would recommend them to friends looking for a well designed, modern website. Initial conference and follow through with the Charternet team was both educational and thorough for a rookie like myself. Tiffany was very patient and understanding. After a couple of months my site was up and running. Any questions or additions I had were handled quickly and efficiently. Mike has also been very helpful with my email and other problems that came up, mostly due to my inexperience. All in all, they provide a great experience and product at a very fair price.
