Tony has done several projects at my rental properties in Orange County over the last couple years. He rebuilt an upstairs deck that had deteriorated over time and did a great job on the work, dealing with the City of Newport Beach and their permitting/inspection process, and seeing the job through. He also did some stucco repair and masonry refacing for me earlier this year. The work was done well and was reasonably priced.
We were vary happy with the work that was done by CBS Construction. He repaired our front and rear decks last year and then this year he replaced a window in our 3rd floor bedroom. He also repaired water damage by our front door. Tony was very responsive to all of our needs.
My patio was leaking and part of the plywood was damaged , I called this company , The owner Tony came over and explained everything and did exactly what he had explained , they changed all the bad plywood , sealed my patio with a special sealer , re caulked all the cracks around the patio then he tested with water hose and at the end he did all the cosmetic , I am very happy with the result .
