I love this studio! Small enough to feel like instructors can effectively provide feedback and corrections to remain safe and to offer an optimal workout! Amanda is an amazing practitioner! Highly recommend
I am 70 and this is the best and safest way for me to keep my body in shape. Amanda is dedicated to providing an individualized, fun workout every time. I had never used a reformer before and I love the workout. The studio is lovely and the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming.
