I made an appointment tonight at 7:00pm at the Benefit brow this evening. My appointment was with Sammy, who is also the brow bar manager. I got there a few minutes early and she was with another customer but immediately greeted me, called me honey and asked if I had an appointment. She finished with the customer, talked to me and then listened to me. She pinned my hair out of the way and told what the plan was! I told myself before I went in that I wasn't going to purchase any product tonight. Well she explained to me what she wanted to do, asked me if I was using retinal a or like products, which I'm not. But I appreciated her knowledge and why she asked me. I'm soooooo happy! My brows look amazing and yes I bought the gel brow filler....it looks too good! I will only let Sammy touch my brows and I highly recommend her! She has years of experience and GORGEOUS brows!! And she's super nice!

I've been getting my brows done by Amber for a while now. She does such a great job. She'll do waxing or tweezing. She's patient and takes her time getting your brows just right. I appreciate that she takes her time. I've had my brows done by others at this location and they hurried through my appointments. My brows were skimpy after those appointments. Amber takes time to listen and take care of your brows by hearing what you want and keeping current style in mind.

Alicia did a great job on my eyebrows last night. It took me months to grow them out and I'm always really scared that someone is gonna rip off half my brow! Lol. Any meat she was super nice, professional, and did a great job. I'll definitely be back!
