professional and convenient location
The staff and treatment is excellent!! However I cannot give 5 stars because of the horrible parking at the facility. If you drive a large truck or SUV it’s very challenging. Staff have even told me that there has been fender benders in the parking lot.
I visit the Irvine location. I first visited in May due to very light-sensitive eyes. The PA took my information and checked my vision. Dr. Anna Do gently examined my eyes. She diagnosed allergies and prescribed antihistamine eye drops, which helped. On a follow-up visit in the summer, she did an annual evaluation and diagnosed dry eye. On each visit, she and her staff were efficient, fast, and gentle. They dimmed the room lights as needed. The equipment to check focusing and eye pressure (IOP) was modern and easy for the patient. Look forward to my next annual visit!
