A gem of a place tucked into a strip mall near Trader Joe's. The clientele is more interactive than most gyms. Patrons actually greet you; rare in a big city. I've been going to gyms for 50 years and can tell you that Rex is one of the most knowledgable trainers with whom I've worked--his knowledge of physiology is strong and his temperament is super approachable. Also--way better showers than most gyms.
I moved to the area a couple months ago and I've been working out at this location. It's really clean and well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. Big shout out to Rex, he was very friendly and helpful.
I joined Anytime Fitness back in 2022 while living in my van, and it was a fantastic choice! I loved the idea of having access to a gym anytime, anywhere, but what I truly appreciated was the sense of safety I felt inside. Not everyone can enter without a personal key, which adds a nice layer of security.
Another perk was that some locations allowed members to sleep in their parking lots, which was incredibly helpful during my van life journey. The gym has all the essentials you’d expect—treadmills, squat racks, dumbbells—everything you need for a solid workout.
