I don't want to be too specific because I still go here haha Staff (front desk, MAs are pretty nice). My actual assigned doctor is not very helpful. At all. The ob/gyn who did my pap is very nice and helpful. When I was sick and called in to schedule an online appointment as well as for blood work, Brianna over the phone said they do blood work at this clinic. Not so. When I came in for my appointment at 9AM they sent me to Quest Diagnostics across the street and apologized. I walked over there and quest said they keep sending people over on a walk-in basis so unless you have an appointment be prepared to wait indefinitely. 5stars for Dr. Sara Hatlen and the check in staff. The best doctor I have ever had. She made me feel comfortable and safe from the very moment of meeting her. She gave me some great advice and helpful tools to use in my everyday life. Her support was outstanding, and very appreciative of her kindness and understanding. Definitely one of the best doctors I have ever had in my lifetime.

So far this is the quickest I've ever been seen by a doctor. It was so easy for me to make an appointment over the phone. It was also very easy to do all of the pre-check ins online before the appointment to make a go quicker. once I arrived, I did have to wear mask and they checked my temperature, I had then was able to get everything I needed to get done, as well as some unscheduled vaccinations that I was behind on. overall very good experience here.
