I spoke to Troy and he said to come in so I can show him my laptop monitor as it was damaged. He called me later that day with a quote. It took two weeks for him to get the part as one company had it and then became backordered. The communication from Troy could have been much better through email, call or even text. My screen took 4 weeks and he missed a few deadlines. But when you see him in person he is nice and friendly and we had a great conversation. He is very knowledgeable about this craft.
