First time I’ve been treated so badly. The lady was so rude to me.. I asked for a manicure and pedicure and the lady didn’t want to take off my nails polish and ask me to do it by myself and left me. Meanwhile a white client came and got served before me and got her nails taking care of before me. Also the lady did took off her nails polish while they gave me a bowl with solution and let me do it by myself. It’s like if they didn’t want to touched me.. no water for my pedicure so I just left and went to another nails salon where they treated me good. Racist places.
I had have mixed experiences with this salon but I am finally done with them for good. I went to the website and made an appointment for what I thought was the downtown location because it was close to my house but when I arrived the security told me the location had been closed for a couple years. I called the number I booked with and explained and received no apologies/a sense to make the situation right. I still badly needed my nails done and was hoping I could still come (in 15 minutes to other location) but no they tried to book me later in the day (no apologies still). So I do my gel nails frequently to to be specific every three weeks I came to Wynn Nail Salon for the first time, and I had a really good experience so I came back for the second time and also I had a really great experience so I decided to recommend this nail salon and especially miss Phuong that did for me my nails. She is truly professional. They are very kind and patience. Also the one that I don't know her name that did for me nail polish in my toes was very gentle and professional. I love my nails Thanks to Phuong! I'm gonna share hear pictures. The pink one was the first time that I went there and the brown nails I just got it down a few hours ago. Thank you so much.
