“As a whole, I like this place. It was easy to book an appointment, the people working there are super nice and accommodating, the overall vibe is really cool, and I like the coffee! It was my first time here, the guy I booked with was really nice. He asked me questions about my hair, I showed him pictures of what it's been doing lately, throughout the haircut he would stop conversation and ask me details about how I liked my hair, which I really appreciated! You could tell he cares about his craft. Getting your hair washed was cool because they put a warm towel on your face, then sitting back down in the chair my coffee order came and things were going good. The conversation was flowing and I felt like we were on the same page. When he was done, I could tell that he cut one of the sides a little shorter than I wanted and there were some layering things that just didn't look like how I like them, but it could have been the styling and the hair was already cut. When I got home I realized there was a strand (like 10 hairs) in the front that was missed so I cut it myself, no big deal. My wife mentioned the same things I did with one side being shorter and some odd layering thing. It's all good. These types of things happen when you have a new stylist. If I go back I will just explain my thoughts on how it looked last time to see if it could get dialed in better. As a whole, I liked the experience that they curated and was about 80% on the haircut.“

“Literally the best salon in LA. My gel manicure lasts month a half every time, it's crazy! They can do 6 hand service too, manicure, pedicure and your lashes at the same time. Everyone is so nice, they have parking (huge deal in downtown iykyk) and nails always turn out so perfect I'm so happy I found this place“

It a beautifully decorated little salon with French decor. The owner Lucine is very nice and friendly. She even prayed over me . My stylist is Hermine. She is truly amazing. “This was my first hair salon experience in LA and was nervous on trying a new salon. I was welcomed so warmly and treated with amazing attention to detail. I was sat with Christine the director and she helped me navigate the whole haircut! She recommended me so many options for my hair and ended up with a hairstyle I am in love with! She also helped me figure out which style would complement my face shape best. This is the only haircut and salon I am getting a cut from! The staff is super kind and friendly! I could not recommend this place more!“

“After moving to LA 10yrs ago & having the same man in Chicago cut & color my hair for 18yrs, I was terrified of going somewhere new! I am finally "at home" with Claudio & Jacklyn! Claudio's cuts are artfully precise, he is patient & actually listens to what I want and executes it perfectly every time! For highlights, Jacklyn is a true artist herself! She designs the perfect color palette for my hair every time, that actually seems to last longer than other salons I've gone to in LA! I also love the relaxing, calm atmosphere & their music playlists put me at ease every time! Huge plus to note, when you're with them, its only your appointment; other salons I've tried have 3 or more customers they're attending to at the same time, which has led to some grisly fried hair results for me! Her hands are actual magic, taking my hair to a snow blonde that truly no other stylist could do.
