Ozzy, Jose and the awesome staff are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. There is a large clientele of pro plumbers there, and a smaller pool of novices like me, and they offer great advice and service to all. I always enjoy going in, and particularly appreciate Ozzy's help and leadership in the store. I have not yet tried their cofffee, but it is available as is water. So stop on in and never have to deal with trying to find someone to help at home depot for 20 minutes again!

Great customer service - Ozzy helped me out even though they had just closed up shop for the day minute before…Thank you for getting me the part I needed and keeping the doors open for me!

A friend pointed me to Ferguson, which he said was the best plumbing source in Hollywood. He also warned that the parking lot is a bit "tight" which is true, although I had no trouble finding a spot, it's tricky to back out and there were trucks waiting to come in.I had a short wait, then Hero was tremendously helpful and got me everything I needed, making some helpful suggestions about what I'd need to replace a pipe leading to a P-trap under a sink, and even trimming it to length for me. Some similar stores might be a bit more impatient with a non-plumber, so I really appreciated his help.I'd give him and the store the highest recommendation based on today's visit.
