I took my wife here to get required fingerprints (live scan) that she needed for licensing purposes. The first day, we were left sitting in the lobby for an extended amount of time while the person who was going to do the fingerprinting "set up." Then my wife was subjected to an extended session where the woman taking the fingerprints repeatedly could not get them right.
