Our Milgard warrantee representative, Pilar, that came to fix our windows was exceptional. Friendly, extremely competent, patient and fast. He fixed four windows in under an hour. Then he set me up to make corrections myself in the future and even gave me a can of lubricant. He also delivered parts provided by Mileguard service that will help me in the future to avoid problems.

This review is long overdue.. Love this company that stands behind their products. We remodeled our home in 2007 and installed Millard Windows throughout. We live by the ocean and our double pane south facing living and diningroom windows have failed a couple times. Called, service people came out replaced them quickly and no cost to us. Just had them out to repair the mechanism on a couple of double hung windows in bathroom and the same thing. Very professional, fast and friendly. The windows are awesome, airtight and insulated. Would highly recommend this company.

The team was very friendly and helpful, they resolved all of the issues except the sliding door which could not close evenly in top middle & bottom. But the issue seems to be with the door itself. I will have to talk to Milgaurd about it. Thanks
