Our AC unit was damaged due to a recent PGE power outage. As this occurred during the Labor Day weekend (2025), I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find an HVAC technician on the holiday. Well, Travis from Central Cal Heating & Air responded quickly to my text (3 minutes!) and was able to be at our home within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor due to the power outage), replaced it with a capacitor he had on his truck, and we were back in business in about 15 minutes.
