Shawn, was extremely helpful in picking out my frames, fit, and style. Extremely patient, courteous, & funny. I wished all customer service would be exactly like him...thank you, Shawn!! And now returning to pick up more contacts, so happy he again assisted me!!! What a blessing

Had a wonderful experience the 1st lady that helped was very kind and helpful going into detail with what glasses would fit best for me and helped me find the width that best fit me. I unfortunately did not have my prescription on hand and had to print it out but when I did print it put I got assisted by Steffy. She was very professional and helped me place an order on my new glasses, signed me up for text notifications and even though I came right before they closed their attitude did not change and helped me with a smile. Thank you for all the help.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses from this Walmart and had a minor issue with one of the frames. The manager was quick to assist me even though I had not purchased the protection plan. Over all the staff is really helpful and genuinely friendly. I will recommend this vision center in Highland to my friends and family.
