“I go to Nora for all of my stretching and recovery needs before fights and competitions. She's very well rounded and knowledgeable. Her facility is very welcoming and relaxing and I have always left feeling much better than I came in. Night and day to day the least. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!“

“Working with Bruno has been life changing. I have always struggled with my weight since my teens and have tried multiple diets, workouts and trainers. I am to the point of just accepting the fact that I would always be fat and routine meds will be part of my life. I went to Bruno as a last resort and I am extremely happy that I did. He is very welcoming and open. He treated me as an individual and not just another "fat guy" that wants a six pack. My workouts and diet were purposely designed to help me achieve my goals. I feel that every time I have a training session with him my knowledge about fitness increases and my perspective about myself and my life goals have dramatically changed since I started training. He in an essence has given me hope and I truly can see success this time around. Definitely, highly recommend.“

“What could I NOT say about this wonderful place. A little slice of pilates heaven tucked away in the mountains! The studio space is perfect, with a room for private lessons in addition to the main studio with different reformers, chair, and cadillac equipment. Infared sauna is amazing too. LOVE Melissa the new owner, she is like your biggest cheerleader, and so kind and positive. Lauren the former owner also will still make an appearance - she is such a wonderful and kind teacher with so much pilates knowledge.LOVE instructor Danielle (she rocks), Megan, Christina.... there are many more new teachers and teachers in training here, which is amazing. Love that you can either have a class, OR you can be working on your own individual movements despite being amongst a group. Instructors will go around and make a great job of checking on your form.While I don't permanently live on the mountain, my family is from here and I have spent a month or two out there these past few years during the holiday season. I would so be a "regular" here if I lived here permanently, and always make a point to come in when I am visiting.This studio holds such a special place in my heart, and I will always be grateful for the memories made here and the kind instructors.“

“Killer workouts! Much harder than my previous trainer but attentive to my fitness level. Nearly spent after 30 minutes compared to breezing through in 45 minutes with previous trainer(he was good though). Circuit training is a lot more aerobic than set training. Nice guy too“

“Are you looking for an awesome workout that will challenge you and leave you feeling sore, all while having a blast in an upscale yet approachable gym? Radix fitness is the one. I’ve tried a bunch of local gyms in town (24 hour fitness, orange theory, club Pilates, fitness 19, the energy lab, barre at cdr, the yoga room, block crossFit) and Radix was the only place that impressed me and gave me the workout I have been searching for! It’s been four weeks and I am already seeing a reduction in fat (I use a scale that tells me this for sure) and more muscle definition (even with Halloween candy and drinks lately). Can’t wait to continue working out and eating cleaner to get even better.Danny is awesome and will listen to you, and design the workout you want. I told him exactly what I am trying to achieve and every week he surprises me with something creative and challenging. I’ve done incredible workouts that I would never have known to do on my own. And the type of workouts he gives me I can’t find in a group fitness format (my former ideal space). I’m doing planks for six minutes (something I never knew I could do) and a lot more push-ups than I would volunteer to do. I’m feeling challenged, getting sore, and seeing results. And I’m having a blast and feeling energized! My workouts are also taking less time because my body is getting fatigued the way it should.Both Danny and Ivan are also highly educated, which is part of what sold me. They aren’t random people who just have a personal training certificate. They have advanced degrees in kinesiology, exercise physiology, sports rehabilitation, etc. And they train people of all ages and abilities. I love that they also focus on recovery and do assisted stretching! It’s so effective and it’s really helpful if you want to improve flexibility and reduce recovery time. It’s also super relaxing and a nice treat after a tough workout.Equipment is also advanced and unique to me. Their machines are pressurized with air for resistance instead of using weighted plates. They also have dumbbells, cardio equipment, and a bunch of things that will align your body in a new way to make a standard move more challenging and effective. It’s a completely different feeling and a tough challenge. I love that I can go super fast on their elliptical during my circuits. Their elliptical is different than the ellipticals you see at the average gym.Danny has saved my fitness from the poor workout classes I was taking during my first few months in Redlands. I’m finally feeling like I’m getting back on track with my fitness level prior to relocating. Most of all, I’m happy with my workouts and feeling more like myself again, thanks to this awesome facility of people who share my passion for fitness.“

“Best place on Earth! I rarely review, but wanted to spread the word of this wonderful gym. My career is high stress. When I walk into Best Life everything goes away. My mind is focused on the set workout that the trainers guide me through. When you join, goals are made and your functionality is assessed. The trainers work closely with these details to customize a specific plan. Kindness is infectious here. Such a positive feeling with lots of smiles. I'm really looking forward to building life long healthy habits and seeing physical results and I know that having a comfortable place to achieve this makes showing up easy! She was very flexible with her availability after I had a baby, and helped me continue to workout while balancing work and caring for my baby. She provided targeted exercises to help me regain strength and maintain motivation during this transition to motherhood. She makes it easy to continue to use the exercises at home which has been great for me as a working mom.“

“I love how I can just show up to workout and not have to worry about what to do to fill that one hour of class. I went through two breakups and both times OTF were there to help me blank out for one hour and just focus on me. The amount of work in class is equivalent to me being at a regular gym for 2 hours but without the awkward standing around waiting for equipment to be available. Out of all the coaches, Beth, Mandy, and Cameron are the best. They all want you to go better and actually take time to correct your forms. Beth and Mandy already left but I'm very glad Cameron is here now at the studio. Most coaches I know do not even bother to correct your forms. Book Cameron's class if you want to learn correct forms on the floor! I deducted one star for coaches that do not bother to help correct forms.“

“Great gym, staff is super friendly. The locker rooms and restrooms are really clean. Some bad reviews here are from people with no patience or just straight up Karens. I highly recommend this place. Only thing I'd wish is that they'd close a bit later.“
