“Great service! My mom, aunt and I went in on a Saturday, late afternoon and were immediately greeted by the staff. Shareef was the piercer, he was so nice, made us feel very comfortable, had great conversations and told us the piercings weren't going to hurt. He was right! He did a great job! I got my flat pierced, my mom and aunt got their tragus and conch pierced. We had NO complications, days later we all feel great, and are all very please with the service we received. The shop had good energy all around, great atmosphere and clean. We'll definitely be recommended Steel & Ink to others for piercings/ tattoos. Although we didn't get any tattoos, they all seem like they provide a good experience for their customers. We'll be back in the future, thanks again Shareef!“

“Sooo my daughter and I took a small road trip today to Lake Arrowhead Tattoo to see Marv. He was recommended to us for piercings and since he is now working up in Arrowhead we decided to take the drive. Let me tell you it was the best decision we ever made!! We walked into the funnest, most coolest tattoo/piercing shop I have ever visited and Marv was an absolute delight to meet! Shout out to Brook who is so professional and excellent at what she does. She was kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process. My ears barely feel any pain and the swelling is minimal. One thing to note is that they take cash only. Highly recommend this place! They do a great job!“

“I went to get my earlobes pierced by their piercer Spooky Sweets , she was completely professional answered all my questions and she is very experienced and knowledgeable. I had old piercings and wanted to start over with a four gauge, she did an awesome job, my piercings were completely straight and I got exactly what I wanted. The Tattoo shop has cool vibes and all the staff was cool, awesome experience and I will definitely go back. Spooky Sweets had Tales from the Crypt playing on the TV and Danzig over the speakers, I’m sold!!! Highly recommend.
